We are excited to bring our community together through fresh food, handmade goods, and local businesses! To help make each market safe, organized, and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following guidelines.

💵 Vendor Fee

• The vendor fee is $30 per market date.
• Payment is required prior to the market. Approved vendors can purchase their booth dates on the "Reserve Booth" page of this website.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the market is canceled.

⚡Power & Equipment

• Vendors must provide their own power source if electricity is needed.
• If you are using a generator, please ensure it is approved by the city.
• Vendors must provide their own:
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Tents (10x10 recommended)
  • Tent weights (minimum 25 lbs per leg recommended for safety)

🛠 Setup & Breakdown

• Setup times will be communicated prior to each market.
• All vendors must be fully set up before the market opens.
• Vendors are expected to remain set up until the market closes.
• Please leave your space clean and free of trash when the event ends.

🧼Cleanliness & Safety

• Vendors selling food items must comply with all local and state health regulations.
• Proper food handling practices are required.
• All trash must be removed at the end of the event.
• Please ensure your setup is secure and safe for customers.

📄Permits & Insurance

• Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits or licenses.
• Proof of permits may be requested.
• Vendors assume full responsibility for their products and booth setup.

🧺Product Guidelines

• Products should be handmade, homegrown, homemade, or locally sourced whenever possible.
• Illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate items are not permitted.
• Market management reserves the right to decline items that do not align with the market’s mission.

🤝Professional Conduct

• Please treat fellow vendors, customers, and staff with respect.
• Aggressive sales tactics are not allowed.
• We encourage collaboration, positivity, and community spirit.

🌧Weather Policy

• Weather cancellations will be determined 24 hours or more before the market.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing weather-appropriate coverings and protection for their booth and products.
